Can I just bring you my shoebox?

Yes! Just bring me the shoebox with all the receipts, invoices, bills, deposits and statements for the bank(s) and credit(s). We do all the work for you, it is easier and quicker for us to SORT, ENTER and POST.

What small business operator needs to do?

Yes! we help with the sorting of the paperwork, we ask you to separate all cash receipts not reported on your statements – never overlook out of pocket expenses.

When can I file my tax return?

The deadline for filing tax returns is April 30 of the following year. You can file anytime for the past 10 years. You have until June 15 to file your small business tax return.

How do I grant you online access to file my tax returns?

You will need to complete a form that I will send to you. Once I receive the form, I will provide you with my Rep ID. You will need to grant me online access. After you authorization me I can access this information.  I will need the following information: Full Name, Address, Date of Birth, Social Insurance Number, and last year’s tax return.

How much do your services cost?

Things you need to look for on the financial statements:

  • Are all accounts balanced and in the black?

Why should I report my rental income?
